Our Promise to You

Shopping for a dress online takes trust — and we take that seriously. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to sort out. Here's exactly how our returns work.


30-Day Returns — No Stress

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. We think that's enough time to try your dress on, see how it feels, and decide if it's truly yours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, with tags still attached and original packaging included
  • Free from perfume, makeup stains, or deodorant marks
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • Not showing visible signs of wear beyond trying it on for fit

Trying it on is completely fine — that's what it's there for. We just ask that it comes back in the same condition it arrived in.


How to Start a Return

It's simple. Just email us at support@juliaandanne.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your reason for returning

We'll review your request and, if approved, send you the return address and full instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

📦 We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we're unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit.


Got a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us right away at support@juliaandanne.com. We'll make it right, quickly.


Items We Can't Accept Returns On

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Beauty or personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Good to know: Sale and discounted items can be returned — unless the product page specifically says "Final Sale."

Exchanges

We want you to love your dress — so if something isn't quite right, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

To request an exchange, simply email us at support@juliaandanne.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Once your return is approved and the original item is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange for a flat $10 exchange handling fee.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The item being returned must meet our standard return eligibility conditions above
  • Your exchange request must be made within the same 30-day return window
  • If the item you'd like is higher in price, you'll be charged the difference in addition to the $10 fee
  • If it's lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet our standard return eligibility requirements above.


Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little additional time to post the amount — this is normal.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please get in touch at support@juliaandanne.com and we'll look into it immediately.
